My home was affected by the floods. How long should I wait before laying replacement floor coverings?
Depending on the extent of the damage - it could be anything up to six weeks. Once you have ordered your flooring from Floors-2-Go a member of staff will visit you and complete a full site survey, and carry out a damp reading test for a more accurate estimate.

The floor covering that was in my home ruined by the floods was covered by my Home Insurance. How do I go about sorting this claim out to get my new floor fitted?
Contact your Insurance Company and tell them you would like to use Floors-2-Go to replace your flooring. They may send another company in to inspect your flooring but you can still insist that you want to use us as your preferred supplier. We will then sort this part of your claim out on your behalf.
How do I work out how much flooring I need?
Simply take the measurements of your room along to your nearest Floors-2-Go and we will calculate it for you, or if you prefer we can send one of our trained estimators to measure for you and display the samples in the comfort of your own home.
I am not confident about laying flooring, but I’m struggling to find a floor fitter who is available. What can I do?
At Floors-2-Go we offer a fitting service by trained professionals. As part of the service all work will be guaranteed by Floors-2-Go.
I have found out that my flooring is not covered by my Insurance. What can I do?
