When purchasing from the Floors-2-Go website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Dispatch Policy
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.Goods delivered normally arrive between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, in 4 to 5 working days of placing your order. You are able to supply your preferred delivery day in the shopping cart, when you purchase your choice of products. We will then call you if we are unable to deliver on this date, and to arrange an alternate date that is convenient to you.

All Flooring deliveries are made to "Kerbside" at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the products. As deliveries can be made on large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. If a delivery is attempted, and is unable to be delivered due to width or weight restriction, and you have not told informed us, you will be charges for re-delivery. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, and then you may be charged for re-delivery. At this time, if you live above the ground floor (i.e. in a flat) we are only able to deliver your goods to the ground floor entrance.

We use a third party delivery company, and as such the drivers are unfortunately unable to move the goods inside for you. They are only able to deliver flooring products to the outside of your home.

Please note: We only deliver to United Kingdom mainland addresses. These delivery options relate to our Internet store only.

2. Prices and Tax.
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charge for deliveries (£50 for most main land England and Wales Addresses. Some remote parts of the UK may incur an extra charge, but we will contact you about this before any extra charge is made) is shown in the Checkout before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT.

3. Payments
Payments are normally taken once goods have been delivered/collected, however this can be up to approx 30 days from this time. Please ensure that the account you use for payments is able to complete the transaction as we are unable to accept liability for any banking or interest charges incurred as a result of a payment being deducted. We reserve the right to pass on any charges incurred by ourselves for any payments rejected by your bank or card supplier.

4. Cancelations and Returns
(Applicable for Internet Sales only). In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 7 days after you receive the goods

If you wish to cancel a Special order item (Quick-Step, Vinyl, Pergo, Rugs and Selected Solid and Hardwood) you will be charged a re stocking charge of 15% of the total amount purchase. If the order as already been delivered there maybe a delivery charge on top of the 15%.

To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing, by fax (0121 359 4316) or by email:sales@floors2go.co.uk. We will arrange with you for the goods to be collected from the delivery address, and will then refund the total amount paid for the goods, less the cost incurred by us for collection (this cost is the charge made to us by the delivery company and will depend on the size of your order). All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 30 days of cancellation

5. Damaged Faulty Goods
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on deliver as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us immediately, either by phone: 0121 359 0234, fax: 0121 359 4316 or email:sales@floors2go.co.uk. We will then make further arrangements with you.

6. Product Guarantee
If you do not use a Damp Proof Membrane on ground floors, or if you do not use the correct underlay, or if you do not have the flooring fitted correctly, this will affect your guarantee.

7. Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

8. Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

10. Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

11. Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.

12. Company information
Floors-2-Go is the trading name of Floors My Home Limited, which is a company incorporated in England and Wales, registered under company number 6431362, and whose registered office is at 6th Floor, 52-54 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0EH.

12. Intellectual Property
a. You agree and acknowledge that all text, graphics, photographs, copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property, material or content available within this website are owned and shall remain vested in Floors-2-Go Ltd or our licensors.

b. You agree and acknowledge that the material within this website is made available for your personal and non-commercial use only

c. Whilst you may download material and print extracts from this website this must only be for your own personal and non-commercial use. No right, title or interest in any downloaded material is transferred to you at any time. You must not make any other use of any material within this website without our prior written permission
